Test the Solids
There are several solids that you can test in the activity below. Pull each solid up into the beaker and test it for its properties. Which ones are waterproof? Are any of them flexible? Which one is the strongest? Can you see through any of them?
The first job you have in this activity is to find a solid that is not waterproof. After you find one, then you can explore all the materials.
